- Appointed as Quantum Expert on a $50m insurance claim relating to a major road and tunnel project
- Provided quantum analysis on a designer claim exceeding $100m on a major rail project
- Supported arbitration proceedings on major infrastructure programmes involving delay and disruption claims
- Provided cost advice and claims support on large scale transport and civil infrastructure projects
Defects and Building Disputes
- Appointed as Quantum Expert on multiple high rise residential defect disputes, including cladding, hydraulic and structural issues
- Assessed costs of demolition and rebuild works on residential and mixed use developments

- Reviewed and challenged opposing expert reports on defect related disputes
